For whatever reason, pedestrians and drivers are constantly at odds with each other. I understand the reason for drivers to be extra careful when driving near pedestrians, but it is a two way street. A pedestrian cannot walk in the middle of the road and then glare at you when you are driving by a couple feet from collision. As a pedestrian and driver of Portland, I urge you to follow the rules of the road. And if you choose to break it, pedestrian or not -- don't blame others when you get hit.
